Build Your Own Charcoal Grill

You won't just practice on scrap metal — you'll measure, cut, and weld a real charcoal-fired grill from raw steel. Single-wide or double-wide, it's yours to take home and fire up that evening.

What you will learn

All 3 welding processes: MIG, Stick, and TIG

Metal cutting, grinding, and surface prep

MIG machine setup, wire feed, and gas flow

Reading a weld pool and controlling heat input

Safe operation of grinders, clamps, and shop tools

Stick welding basics (time permitting)
